Terms of Service (Public Offer)

1. General provisions

This document sets out the terms of use of the automatic video dubbing services provided by Muxamatov Amirbek Muminbek o'g'li, a self-employed individual registered with the tax authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter the “Provider”), through the https://dublyajai.com website. Registering on the website or making a payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Description of the service

The Provider uses artificial intelligence to translate the speech in a video uploaded by the user into the language chosen by the user and replaces it with a synthesized voice. The amount of service is measured in video minutes.

3. Payment

• The service is sold as prepaid packages of minutes. Prices are listed on the Pricing page.
• Payment is made through the Paynet (Xolis) digital platform. After the payment is confirmed by the Provider, the minutes are credited to the balance.
• The length of each video is rounded up to 30-second blocks.
• If dubbing fails due to a technical error, the charged minutes are refunded automatically.

4. Refunds

Unused minutes can be refunded upon request within 14 days of the payment date.

5. User obligations

The user guarantees that they own the copyright to the uploaded video or have the right to use it. Uploading illegal content is prohibited.

5.1. Voice cloning

By choosing the “Original voice” mode, the User guarantees that they have the necessary consent and rights to use the voices of all persons heard in the video and to copy (clone) them with artificial intelligence. Cloning another person's voice without their consent, or using it to deceive, defraud, defame or speak on their behalf, is strictly prohibited. The User bears full responsibility for such cases. The Provider creates voice copies only to fulfil the order and deletes them afterwards.

6. Limitation of liability

Dubbing is performed automatically. The Provider notes that translation and voice quality depend on the quality of the original speech.
