I get an error when uploading a video
The file must be under 500 MB, no longer than 30 minutes, and the video must have sound. If the problem persists, write to us.
I paid, but my balance wasn't topped up
After you press “I've paid”, minutes are usually added within 1–3 hours. If nothing arrives within a day, send us the receipt and we'll check it.
Can I get a refund?
Unused minutes can be refunded as described in the terms of service.
